Dangerous Tree ,, 5th June
This is not a Pot Hole problem, i am reporting on what i feel is a risk to the Residents and general public, The Tree in question is in the garden of No 24 Drummond Close, This estate is under a Housing Association of Places for people, who then employ their subsidiary firm RMG Living to Manage the site, Because the tree , a fir tree, has grown so big it it has a massive sail area, and i fear the next big storm could bring it crashing down, its only four feet from the pavement, see attached photo, i have now twice sent an email to RMG Property manager who is responsible for such issues , and to date i have not received a reply, so i must now ask the council to approach RMG Living and inquire if they are going to carry out a risk assessment of this tree, i live opposite this tree and i regard i am one of those who are at risk of serious injury if this tree comes down, The name of the Property Manager at RMG is Aleshia Scott, Aleshia‑Marie Scott Property Manager T: 03450024444 E: AleshiaMarie.Scott@rmguk.com Residential Management Group Ltd As said, i have sent them RMG a photo and voiced my concerns, but they have ignored both of my emails , i know this tree is not rooted in original soil, because the house were built on top of a Rubbish tip , and the topsoil is a mixure of builders rubble, and when you consider the roots of Douglas firs only go down 2 or 3 ft, and being this tree is only 4 ft from the side of the house, i doubt if the toots soread in that direction, Nearest road to the pin placed on the map (automatically generated by OpenStreetMap): Drummond Close, North End, Greater London Report on FixMyStreet
